First Round Group B — 2014 T20 World Cup

Result: IRIreland — Ireland won by 21 runs (D/L method, after floodlight failure and rain ended the match with Ireland ahead of the par score). UAEUnited Arab Emirates 123/6 (20 overs), IRIreland 103/3 (14.2 overs). 19 March 2014 · Sylhet International Cricket Stadium, Sylhet.

Independently re-verified via a direct ESPNcricinfo scorecard fetch, which clearly attributes the UAE's bowling wickets to Sharif Asadullah and Amjad Javed (not to Ireland's Paul Stirling, as one earlier extraction had confusingly implied) — Stirling's own 2/12 was bowled for Ireland.
