Match report
Tonga beat Cook Islands 22-16 at Leigh Sports Village. Chris Taripo's try tally is disputed — rugbyleagueproject.org's page credits him with just 1 try, but this doesn't reconcile arithmetically to the final score; both BBC and Taripo's own biography confirm a hat-trick, which is what's shown here. Tonga's fourth try scorer is also disputed between sources.
