Name history
Rugby league history
A multi-purpose stadium in Kharkiv, Ukraine's second city, primarily used for football. Its rugby league use is limited to occasional Ukraine national team fixtures in continental competitions: a loss to Russia (2011), a win over Norway (2013), and a loss to Greece (2018, crowd 700, the top figure recorded on this site). Given the full-scale war in Ukraine since 2022 and reports of strikes affecting Kharkiv's sporting venues generally, one low-reliability source suggested this stadium was shelled in 2022, but this could not be corroborated against any higher-quality source and is not reported as fact.
