It was the primary rugby union venue for six Ontario clubs (Aurora Barbarians, Markham Irish Canadian, Rugby Ontario, Nomads RFC Toronto, Toronto Saracens, Toronto Scottish), who jointly owned it via Fletcher's Fields Limited. Used as the venue for all of Canada's rugby league home internationals in 2011, and once by the Toronto Wolfpack as a substitute home venue on 5 May 2018 while their regular home Lamport Stadium underwent field resurfacing -- not a permanent rugby league tenancy in either case.
