Burdekin Rugby League Park
Ayr, Queensland, Australia
Burdekin Rugby League Park, Ayr, Australia — opened unknown, 8 rugby league games hosted, home of Burdekin Roosters (local club, competing in the Townsville-district competition since 1994); the ground has also hosted North Queensland representative and Queensland Cup teams.
Sourcing caveat: The Burdekin Roosters describe their home ground as 'Rugby Park', 'the spiritual home of the Burdekin' — almost certainly the same site as this entry under a shortened local name, though this could not be independently confirmed as identical.

Name history
Rugby league history
A regional Queensland ground in Ayr that has served North Queensland's representative and satellite competition needs across more than four decades: hosting the North Queensland state representative side in the 1980s, and later Queensland Cup fixtures for Townsville-based sides (NQ Young Guns, then simply 'Townsville') in the 2000s onward. The Burdekin Roosters, the modern local club, were only formed in 1994, some years after the ground's earliest recorded first-class matches. Eight matches are recorded in all, spanning 1982 to 2026; no crowd figures survive for any of them.
