    Rugby league history

Denison Park in Bowen, North Queensland is the home ground of the Bowen Seagulls, a club notable for hosting a Blue Tree Project installation, part of a grassroots mental-health awareness initiative that has spread through Australian community sport. Its two recorded higher-profile matches, from 2018 and 2024, follow the regional Queensland Cup Country Week pattern seen elsewhere in this batch.
