Its sole appearance in rugby league's record books is a single Tooheys Challenge Cup quarter-final doubleheader on 19 February 1993 — Western Suburbs 24-2 Cronulla and South Sydney 18-10 Canterbury, each drawing a reported crowd of 7,250 — part of the Cup's regular practice of sending early rounds to regional New South Wales towns alongside Broken Hill, Wagga Wagga and Tamworth. No club ever called it home.
