Marconi Stallions Football Club
Sydney (Fairfield), New South Wales, Australia
Marconi Stallions Football Club, Sydney (Fairfield), Australia — opened 1972, 8 rugby league games hosted, home of Marconi Stallions FC (soccer) — used as a neutral/representative venue for Italy and other Mediterranean-heritage nations' rugby league fixtures, not any rugby league club's home.
Sourcing caveat: One recorded fixture, an Italy 58-14 Greece match on 2 October (year not independently confirmed — Rugby League Project's own results table does not clearly state the year in this venue's listing), is dated 2004 by some secondary references, but europeanrugbyleague.com separately lists an Italy 58-14 Greece match on that same date as having been played at Parramatta Stadium — an unresolved conflict between sources that could not be settled independently, so no firm year or fully confirmed venue is asserted here for that specific fixture.

Name history
Rugby league history
Better known as Marconi Stadium, the long-time home of Sydney soccer club Marconi Stallions FC. It has also served as a neutral venue for rugby league's Mediterranean heritage-nation fixtures — Italy, Malta, Greece and Portugal's Mediterranean Shield tournament, plus a one-off Niue vs Italy match in 2018 — rather than as any rugby league club's regular home. Its largest confirmed rugby league crowd, 2,000, came for Italy's 34-6 win over the USA in the 2006 Columbus Cup.
