Rugby league history
Sid Parrish Park, in the Wollongong suburb of Figtree, is primarily a suburban junior rugby league ground for the Wests Illawarra Devils. It only entered Rugby League Project's senior/representative record in 2023-2024, hosting two NSW Cup reserve-grade fixtures for the St George Illawarra Dragons and one NSWRL Women's Premiership match for Illawarra, likely as an overflow venue supplementing the region's main grounds. Who 'Sid Parrish' was could not be identified from any source found.
