Rugby league history
A rugby union ground in the Bramley area of Leeds that hosted an amateur rugby league side (recorded in match data as 'Buffaloes') for Challenge Cup and National League Cup fixtures across the 2005-2008 seasons, most likely on a groundshare basis. This should not be confused with the separate, historic professional club Bramley R.L.F.C. (itself later known as Bramley Buffaloes), which played elsewhere in Bramley at Barley Mow and then McLaren Field, nor with the modern junior/community club Bramley Phoenix RL, formed in 2015 from a merger of Rodley Rockets and Bramley Buffaloes' junior sections.
