Name history
Rugby league history
Hunslet Green in Leeds is the home ground of Hunslet Warriors ARLFC, a club entirely separate from The Hunslet Club, whose affiliated sides play at Hillidge Road and Hunslet Club Sports Village (the former Oval); this venue was deliberately checked against both already-published grounds and confirmed to be a genuinely distinct third Hunslet-area site. It has two rugby league pitches and a clubhouse serving several hundred junior players from Hunslet, Beeston, Belle Isle and Middleton, along with adult men's and women's teams. Recorded matches run from 1997/98 to 2012.
