Park Avenue (Pontefract)
Wakefield (Pontefract), West Yorkshire, England
Park Avenue (Pontefract), Wakefield (Pontefract), England — opened not confirmed, 54 rugby league games hosted, home of Pontefract, Northern Union, 1903-04 through part of 1906-07.
Sourcing caveat: This is the thinnest-sourced venue in this batch: opening date, capacity, floodlights, surface, first match, and any notable matches could not be confirmed in any source found. Genuinely low information availability, consistent with a club that folded after only about three and a half seasons.

Rugby league history
A minor, short-lived early-Northern-Union club ground. Pontefract competed in the lower reaches of the newly professionalised code, finishing 10th of 17, then 8th, then 24th of 31 across three full seasons, before resigning after 8 matches in 1906-07 and folding. No evidence found of any representative or cup-final fixture hosted here. Not to be confused with the much better-documented, unrelated 'Park Avenue' ground in Bradford (home of Bradford (Park Avenue) A.F.C., Bradford F.C. rugby league, and Yorkshire C.C.C.) — a different ground entirely, over 20 miles away.
