Park Lane
Bury (Whitefield), Greater Manchester, England
Park Lane, Bury (Whitefield), England — opened 1955, 140 rugby league games hosted, home of Sedgley Park R.U.F.C. (rugby union, since 1955); Swinton Lions groundshared here for rugby league.
Sourcing caveat: Two sources disagree on the exact span of Swinton Lions' tenancy: the Wikipedia article on the stadium itself gives two separate spells, '2003-10' and '2015', while the Swinton Lions club-history article gives one continuous spell, '2004-2015'. The Rugby League Project results page (as fetched for this write-up) showed matches only up to September 2008, but the fetched excerpt was visibly cut off/incomplete, so that should not be read as evidence for the 2003-10 version over 2004-2015 - it is most likely simple truncation. Not fabricating a resolution here; flagging the discrepancy instead. This is a distinct ground from Gigg Lane, Bury, which another agent is covering separately.

Rugby league history
Park Lane in Whitefield, Greater Manchester (in the wider Bury area) is the long-time home of Sedgley Park R.U.F.C., a rugby union club, and is a different ground from Gigg Lane in Bury town centre (the home of Bury F.C., and itself a separate earlier Swinton groundshare, 1992-2002). Swinton Lions used Park Lane as a rugby league groundshare after a short 2002 stint at Moor Lane, Kersal, and before settling at Heywood Road, Sale in 2016; the club's own history states this ran continuously from 2004 to 2015, though the Wikipedia page for the stadium itself gives '2003-10 and 2015' as two separate spells - see caveat. The ground itself remains primarily a rugby union facility rather than a purpose-built or historic rugby league venue.
