Name history
Rugby league history
All 4 recorded matches are early-round amateur Challenge Cup ties; no finals or internationals. "Sports Centre" naming suggests a multi-sport, likely council-run or leisure facility rather than a dedicated rugby ground. East Hull's own notable history includes beating professional side Swinton Lions 26-14 in the third round of the 2004 Challenge Cup (venue for that match not confirmed as this one) and winning the BARLA National Cup in 1985-86 and 2007-08 before withdrawing from the National Conference League in 2014 citing player and funding shortages.
