Name history
Rugby league history
A British Army services rugby facility in Aldershot, Hampshire, run by the Army Rugby Union and used for the Army's representative rugby league Challenge Cup fixtures. Rugby league was effectively banned across the British Armed Forces for decades before the ban was lifted in 1994, after which Army rugby league was formally established. This venue's three recorded matches include a heavy 2008 loss to Oldham (crowd 400, the top and only recorded figure here), a 2020 win over Oulton, and a 2025 inter-services win over the RAF. No capacity or floodlight information could be confirmed specifically for this venue entry, separate from the wider Aldershot complex's general facilities.
