Ground facts
| Opened | 1979 (Deliberately checked against this site's already-published Cleator Moor Ground and Old Arrowthwaite entries, both also linked to Wath Brow Hornets or the wider Whitehaven area. Confirmed as a genuinely distinct, third venue -- the club's own long-standing clubhouse and home ground since a new clubhouse opened in 1979 -- rather than a naming variant of either. Fixture years across the three grounds do not overlap, suggesting the other two were used as alternate or borrowed pitches for specific occasions.) |
