Ground facts
| Opened | 2014 (Officially opened 1 July 2014 as a rugby union training facility for London Irish, replacing an earlier facility called The Avenue -- its rugby league use is very new by comparison, beginning only in 2026 when London Broncos Women adopted it as their home ground after London Irish entered administration and vacated the site. Note: Rugby League Project's own results page currently lists 6 matches at this venue (one more than the 5 matches the site's own directory records at the time of writing), likely because of a very recent semi-final result (6 Sep 2026) being added to Rugby League Project's database after the site's own data was last refreshed -- disclosed here rather than silently reconciled.) |

Name history
Rugby league history
A large multi-sport training and administrative complex, long the base of London Irish rugby union (2014-2023, until administration) and still home to London Irish Amateur. Approved as a 2015 Rugby World Cup training base for Wales, Fiji, Argentina and New Zealand, and used by several NFL teams (New York Jets, Baltimore Ravens, New Orleans Saints, Arizona Cardinals, Philadelphia Eagles, Houston Texans) training for London games between 2015 and 2022. The London Broncos men's team moved there for training/administration in November 2025, with London Broncos Women adopting it as their 2026 match-day home -- the rugby league use is a very recent addition coinciding with the site's vacancy after London Irish's administration.
