Rugby league history
The final home of a rugby league club that moved grounds and changed names repeatedly across four decades, folding in 1996/97 after its Blackpool Gladiators era. A later, separate club, Blackpool Panthers, played nearby from 2007 but at a different ground (Lytham St Annes), not this one.
