Name history
Rugby league history
Keats Avenue is the home ground of Wigan St Judes ARLFC, a long-established amateur club (founded 1980) based in the Poolstock area of Wigan since 1991. It is an independent amateur club ground, not a Wigan Warriors-owned facility, though St Judes functions as an official feeder club for the Super League side and has produced several professional players. The two matches on file were both 2019 Challenge Cup amateur rounds.
