1935-36 RFL Championship

Hull F.C. beat Widnes 21–2 in the Final at Fartown, Huddersfield, to win the top-4 knockout Championship. The league expanded to 30 clubs this season, with new entrants Acton and Willesden and Streatham and Mitcham; every club still played 38 fixtures, an asymmetric schedule rather than a full round-robin.
