Every grand final champion of New Zealand's short-lived, six-team provincial Bartercard Premiership (Auckland, Bay of Plenty Stags, Canterbury Bulls, Taranaki Sharks, Waikato, and Wellington), which ran for two seasons before being replaced by the NZRL National Competition from 2010. Distinct from the earlier, longer-running club-based Bartercard Cup (2000-2007), which is not covered on this page.

The 2008 Grand Final result here (Auckland defeating Canterbury Bulls 38-18) was confirmed via two independent sources after a since-discarded retrospective article had wrongly credited Canterbury with the win.
