3 seasons with a champion on record. AS Carcassonne have won the most titles (2).
Champions
| Season | Champion | Runner-up | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|

| 2020-21 | Not held | — | Cancelled due to COVID-19; no winner. |
| 2021-22 | Not held | — | Cancelled by the federation on 8 January 2022 due to COVID-19 — the third consecutive year (2019-20 through 2021-22) with no Coupe de France winner. Independently re-verified by the assistant after an initial research pass had wrongly inferred a Carcassonne win this season. |

| 2023-24 | AS Carcassonne | FC Lezignan XIII | Won 22-6 at Stade Gilbert-Brutus, Perpignan (27 Apr 2024, attendance 6,459). Independently re-verified by the assistant after an initial source had the winner and runner-up reversed. |
| 2024-25 | Saint-Esteve XIII Catalan | Racing Club Albi XIII | Won 26-18 at Parc des Sports et de l'Amitie, Narbonne (5 Apr 2025, attendance 4,488). |
Three cancelled years, and a corrected assumption
No Coupe de France was awarded for three consecutive seasons (2019-20 through 2021-22) due to COVID-19. Seasons before 2019-20 are not yet listed here for the same sourcing-reliability reasons described on the Elite 1 Championship page.
