Pacific Bowl: Samoa beat Fiji 16-12 in Auckland, a result that also secured Samoa's first Women's Rugby League World Cup qualification since 2008 and a promotion/relegation playoff win (34-12) over last-placed Cup side Papua New Guinea.
2025Australia defended its title, leading 24-0 by the 31st minute. Julia Robinson scored twice. Pacific Bowl decided on round-robin standings with no final (Cook Islands topped the group); Fiji did not contest the women's Bowl in 2025, instead playing World Cup qualifiers in Canada.

2023: no champion crowned

The women's competition began in 2023 alongside the men's, but NRL.com confirms there was no final for either the women's Cup or Bowl that year — standalone Test matches were played with no season-long title decider. The first women's Pacific Cup final was played in 2024.
