An earlier era, not yet covered
The competition ran continuously from 1963 under earlier names (the Inter-District Competition and others) before its 2013 rename. That earlier era hasn't been separately researched yet, so this list begins with the Ron Massey Cup name in 2013. 2020 and 2021 were both suspended by COVID-19 with no premier crowned.
