A note on coverage
No source found this round covers the competition's first four decades (1951-1989) season by season, despite the competition running continuously since then — that span is an honest gap, not a claim the competition wasn't played. Three recent seasons (2021-2023) could not be confirmed from sources reached this round and are shown as unresolved rather than guessed.
