A note on scores

Winners and runners-up are corroborated across two independent sources, but exact final scores are not published this round after a first research pass found apparent data-extraction corruption in bulk historical score tables. Two seasons (1922-23, 1939-40) carry genuine, unresolved source conflicts over the exact result and are flagged individually.
