RFL Third Division
Every champion of English rugby league's short-lived third tier, which ran in two spells (1991-93 and 1995-98) before ceasing entirely in 1998. Not to be confused with RFL League One — there was a genuine five-year gap with no tier-3 competition at all before National League Two launched fresh in 2003.
Data last verified: 11 August 2026.
6 seasons with a champion on record. Hull Kingston Rovers have won the most titles (2).
