Cook Islands Round Cup
Every champion of the Cook Islands' premier domestic club competition, played in Rarotonga since 1992. Ngatangiia/Matavera Sea Eagles won the first seven titles outright (1992-98) and lead the all-time count with 10; Avatiu/Nikao Eels and Tupapa Maraerenga Panthers have 9 apiece. The competition was suspended for COVID-19 in 2020 and 2022, with the reigning champion retaining the title both years rather than a contested final being played.

A note on this page's scope and a flagged discrepancy
Runners-up and scores are not available for any season before 2023 — Wikipedia's rugby-league-specific articles list champions only, with no season-by-season sub-articles (a separate, unrelated Cook Islands football/soccer competition of the same name does have them, and was carefully excluded from this page's research after an initial mix-up). One discrepancy is flagged rather than resolved: Wikipedia's own summary states the Titikaveka Bulldogs have won 5 premierships all-time, but the year-by-year list only accounts for 4 individual title years — this may reflect a missing year in the year-by-year record or an error in the summary count; neither source available resolves which.
