Data last verified: 11 August 2026.
Playoff, 1960 NRL finals series: Western Suburbs Magpies 18–7 Eastern Suburbs Roosters, at Sydney Cricket Ground, Sydney, NSW on 13 Aug 1960.
Sourcing caveat: Western Suburbs' named scorers (2 tries + 3 goals = 12) fall 6 points short of the recorded 18. Eastern Suburbs' named scorers (0 tries + 2 goals = 4) fall 3 points short of the recorded 7 -- plausibly a single unnamed try (which would reconcile exactly at 4+3=7), but this is not asserted as fact since no source names such a scorer.
