1994 NSWRL Season — Final Regular-Season Ladder
16 clubs — the last season before the competition expanded to 20 for 1995. Commonly referred to as the "1994 ARL season"; Wikipedia catalogues it as "1994 NSWRL season" since the ARL/Super League rebrand tensions hadn't yet reshaped the competition's public branding. A 22-round regular season.
Sourcing caveat: North Sydney were fined $87,000 for a salary-cap breach on 14 July 1994 — a monetary fine only, with no competition-points deduction, so their 2nd-place finish stands unaltered. Canberra beat minor premiers Canterbury-Bankstown 36-12 in the Grand Final, the highest Grand Final winning score since 1975.
