2016 NRL Season — Final Regular-Season Ladder
Final ladder after the 24-game regular season (26-round draw, 2 byes per club). Parramatta were docked 12 competition points (and had Rounds 1-9 points-for/against revoked) on 9 July 2016 for salary cap breaches — their listed row reflects the official, post-penalty ladder, not their raw on-field record.
Sourcing caveat: This is the one ladder on this site where the sum of all clubs' points differentials does not equal zero (it totals -45: PF sums to 7,872, PA sums to 7,917) — flagged rather than silently forced to reconcile. Cause: Parramatta's Rounds 1-9 PF/PA figures were struck from their own ledger as part of the salary-cap penalty, but the corresponding PA/PF entries recorded by their nine opponents from those rounds were left untouched, producing a genuine league-wide imbalance in the official records, not a data-entry error on this site's part. Parramatta's win total (13) also exceeds what their official 18 points would suggest under standard scoring (13 wins x 2 + 2 byes x 2 = 30, minus the 12-point penalty = 18) — the raw W-D-L row is their genuine on-field record; the Pts column is the official, penalized figure.
