1991 NSWRL Winfield Cup — Final Regular-Season Ladder
16 clubs, playing an unbalanced 22-round draw (not a full double round-robin) — a known feature of the 1991 schedule once Gold Coast had settled in as the 16th club.
Sourcing caveat: Cronulla (10th) and Eastern Suburbs (11th) finished level on 19 points, separated by points differential (-57 vs -150). Penrith won their first premiership as minor premiers, beating Canberra 19-12 in the Grand Final. No salary-cap penalties found for this season.
