1990 NSWRL Winfield Cup — Final Regular-Season Ladder
16 clubs, a 22-round regular season. The inaugural season of the NSWRL salary cap, though no source found any club actually penalised under it in 1990.
Sourcing caveat: Canberra and Brisbane finished level on 33 points; Canberra took the minor premiership on superior differential (+287 vs +200), then beat Penrith 18-14 in the Grand Final. South Sydney's wooden spoon was a dramatic fall — they had been 1989's minor premiers.
