1942 NSWRFL Season — Final Regular-Season Ladder

8 teams, 14-round home-and-away season (May-September), wartime year. Wikipedia's fetch did not return a full ladder table, only noting Canterbury-Bankstown and Balmain finished level on 20 points and Canterbury won a playoff for the minor premiership (an 'old rules' right-of-challenge provision applied). Corroborated exactly by the Rugby League Project ladder used here (both teams on 20 points), arithmetically cross-checked (total wins=55=total losses; total points-for=1737=total points-against). Grand Final: Canterbury-Bankstown defeated St. George (3rd) 11-9; Canterbury reached the Grand Final via the minor-premier right-of-challenge despite having lost their semi-final to St. George.
